Cane Creek Foundation Repair is a Cookeville-based structural repair company, named for the creek that runs through the middle of town and the park where half of Putnam County spends its weekends. We started with one crew stabilizing pier-and-beam homes near the square and kept it deliberately local: the same technician inspects your house, writes the estimate, and comes back to check the work. We're not a franchise routed through a call center in Nashville or Knoxville, and Curtis handles every inspection personally.
We repair and stabilize foundations, crawl spaces, and basements for homes across Cookeville, Algood, Baxter, Monterey and the rest of the 25-mile radius around town. If you're outside that, call anyway. We'll either come take a look or point you to someone who can.
